Since the founding of ZEALS, we have believed in the evolution of communication AI. If we could give machines the power of dialogue that people possess, we sincerely believed that it would change not only industries but also people's lives and the very fabric of society. Shortly after our founding in 2014, we ventured into robot development and then, utilizing that technology, we began full-scale chatbot development in 2016. From there, we have evolved our business into chat commerce, utilizing chatbots for marketing.


And now, in the era of generative AI, ZEALS is evolving to the next stage. We are entering a time where AI agents can understand human intentions and act autonomously, surpassing mere dialogue.
