One of the key supports for rapidly growing startups - the work of Operational Excellence.
Everyone who joins Zeals engraves the "Will Board." The wall filled with the words of many colleagues is a symbol of our office. On the "Will Board," the thoughts and ways of life of the person who drew it are reflected.

Joined in the middle of 2021. Managed call center operations for a major telecommunications company for about 15 years, overseeing approximately 7,000 booths around the world and focusing on business improvement and corporate sales.
