LONG RUN - A Message from a CEO Who Continues to Challenge the World to New Graduates
ZEALS welcomed two new employees in October 2024.
The October hiring ceremony is held every year, mainly targeting job offers to graduates from overseas universities.
This year, a message with the theme "LONG RUN" was delivered by CEO Shimizu. We bring you that message along with the details of the ceremony.

Class of 25
Two new employees who continue to feel the gap between Japan and the world

ZEALS is strengthening its recruitment of international students and bilingual talent to accelerate global expansion, and participates in the Boston Career Forum, held annually in Boston. I met the two who joined in October there.
The two have lived abroad for a long time and have felt the gap between Japan and the world firsthand. They are beginning to feel a sense of crisis about Japan's future, wondering, "What can I do?" as they progressed through their job search. It was during this time that they encountered ZEALS, which has the vision of "taking Japan and the world to new heights."
By leveraging their global experiences, the two decided to join ZEALS to become a driving force in realizing the vision of "taking Japan and the world to new heights."
Their entrance ceremony was held amidst the attention of many employees.
Initially, they showed signs of nervousness, but as they received their certificates of employment, they gradually relaxed, and from their declarations, a strong commitment to "raise Japan and the world from ZEALS" could be perceived.
A message for the two who have experienced the world and will continue to challenge the world
Here, I would like to share the message that CEO Shimizu delivered to the two new employees at the entrance ceremony.

This year, I want to convey various things to our new graduate colleagues, but the words I particularly want to share are "LONG RUN".

The meaning is simple.
It takes time to achieve great things.
You all have already been working hard in places different from the world you are familiar with abroad.
Because of that experience, these words should resonate more deeply.
Even for myself, while continuing my challenges in America, the invisible efforts did not yield immediate results. However, those efforts accumulate gradually, leading to significant results.
I truly feel it is a LONG RUN.
ZEALS has set forth a grand vision of "taking Japan and the world to new heights."
Even after ten years, that path is still incredibly long.
However, ZEALS today is creating a reality that could not have been imagined by ZEALS ten years ago.
The two will also experience many challenges as members of ZEALS from now on.
Initially, there may be many failures, anxieties, and moments where they do not feel any growth.
But at each of these times, I hope they will carry the LONG RUN in their hearts and take one step at a time.
In their long professional lives ahead, and in their challenges at ZEALS, I sincerely hope that they will achieve personal success and become a source of value for their team and customers.
Let's aim for the world starting from Japan!

Currently, the two who joined in October are engaged in an onboarding program that is committed to becoming immediate assets, with the entire field coming together.
New employees, once again, congratulations on your entry. I look forward to your active participation!
Additionally, our company has started the main recruitment process for students graduating in 26 from September. Please consider applying!
